Description
Non-material amendment application to P15/V2659/FUL - Replace plot 2 house with plot 1 farmhouse to enable full view across own land for security reasons, also this would put the farmhouse in a more central position hidden away from entrance gate leaving the other 2 houses (barns) on either side to retain the appearance of a farm. Reposition ground floor bedroom to enable farmhouse to sit within the plot boundary. The footprint on the plot is increased very slightly from the original barn (house) as approved so all we attempting is to move the houses on the respective plots with no change in design or materials.
