Description
On 20th August 2014 planning permission P14/V0736/FUL was granted for the change of use of the land from agricultural land to parking associated with the adjoining mobile home park. Condition 4 of planning permission P14/V0736/FUL states as follows "Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) and the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as amended), the redline area shown on the approved plans listed at Condition 1 above shall only be used for the temporary parking of vehicles and not for any other purpose whatsoever including the storage of vehicles or the stationing of mobile home units. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and the visual amenity and openness of the Oxford Green Belt, in accordance with policies GS3, NE7 and DC6 of the Vale of White Horse Local Plan 2011 and National Planning Policy Framework" A breach of planning control has occurred in that a mobile home has been stationed on the Land in the approximate location shown edged blue on the Plan contrary to the said condition 4 of planning permission P14/V0736/FUL
