Description
Non-material amendment to P16/V2941/FUL To remove the louvred cladding from both the 2 storey gantry and the plant base in the car park and install an open 2 storey gantry with palisade fencing around the base of the gantry and plant base in the car park. We would also like the fencing to extend around a section of the carpark as shown on
the new drawings. Both the fencing and the gantry will be constructed from galvanised steel. New external window positions have also been amended slightly to suit the finalised internal room layout. The original application included for the external gantry and plant room to be clad in louvred panels to match existing building cladding.
P16/V2941/FUL Internal alterations to include new mezzanine floor, two storey plant gantry on the rear elevation and single storey plant room within the car park.
