Description
Non-Material Amendment to brick up and plaster over two features of the modern extension at the rear (garden-side) of house which will be within the Orangery which is now under construction. The two features are: 1. the door from the current garage into the Orangery; 2. a small window (68 cm tall x 32 cm wide) in the rear wall. These two features are from the 1980s era extensions at the rear and side of the old property, and will now not be visible from the exterior of the property, given they will be inside the Orangery of application P17/V0683/HH. Alterations to garage, alterations to flat roof, internal alterations & rear conservatory. Removal of modern dwarf wall in front garden.
