Description
Non material amendment sought to replace garage door with a 2400mm window on the front (north) elevation and the omission of a pedestrian door on the flank (west) elevation. The roof light over single storey projection to the rear (south) to be increased in size. Single storey front porch to be provided with an arched entrance with matching stone dressing. Replace front gable projections with decorative fascia features in the apex of the gables, a similar detail is proposed for the smaller front gable. The fanned decorative window headers proposed to all windows are now to be provided to the front elevation windows and the two windows serving the family room in the western flank elevation from application P18/V0999/FUL.
