Non material amendment to application ref. P19/V1161/FUL - revised external cafe seating layout with new position for new seating access door. Plant layout in service yard revised with no requirement for acoustic cladding now.
Alterations to facades to include increasing an area of cladding to form a larger signage zone above the entrance, formation of new external cafe doors along with the redecoration of shopfront canopy framework, doors and louvers.
