Non-material amendment to applications P19/V3301/FUL and P18/V1220/RM to allow the occupation of permitted Units F1, F2a and F2b prior to the completion of part of the southern end of the approved service yard; and prior to the implementation of part of the
approved landscaping scheme at the southern end; and to ensure the completion of these elements of the approved service yard and approved landscaping scheme within specific timescale or following specific events.
Variation of Conditions 3 and 10 of application P19/V0299/FUL to allow permitted Unit F2 to be subdivided and used for Class D2 and Class A3/A5 use. Variation of conditions 3 & 7 of application P17/V3413/FUL for amendments to the internal layout.
