Undertaking a fit out of Swinford Farm units 4 & 5 on behalf of the private owner. New AC system - this will require several new penetrations through the external walls for the condensers. Strip out old and replace electrics and lighting. New plumbing to create new WC. Replacing existing-fold doors with like for like. We will utilise the existing aperture. New doors will be timber frames with fully glazed panels. New flooring - latex screed carpets & Vinyl's.
