Restoration/re roofing of main house. Removal of existing roof coverings, battens & felt. Repair roof structure where required and lay new breathable felt, battens, natural stone slates and 'Cardinal' artificial roofing slates. Improve insulation. (Retain and reuse stonefield slate in good condition on North facing front facing side of the roof. Re roofing South facing side and dormers with 'Cardinal' roof tiles).
