Non material amendment to planning application P19/V0437/HH. Improvements to existing ground floor rear extension and new ground floor extension. Extant permission for an extension to no. 27 was linked with similar extension to adjoining property (no. 26), these extensions were 'back-to-back' sharing a party wall, the extension to no. 26 is not being progressed. There no longer being a party wall a new external wall running beside the boundary is required necessitating the reduction in width of the extension to no. 27. The form of the extension and in all other respects the extension to no. 27 is the same as the existing permission.
