Non-material amendment to P22/V0717/FUL update to external lighting drawing. Variation of conditions 2 (Plans approved) and 12 (EV charging) on planning application P19/V3114/FUL. Condition 2 to be amended to include the following plans, Remodelled Site Plan Proposed drwgno 188-15 Rev M, Paving & Fencing Premier Inn Abingdon drwgno 188-40 Rev D & Site Plan drwgno 188-72 Rev L. Condition 12 is required to allow for the installation of 7kW Electric Vehicle Charging Points instead which are considered to be more relevant to the use on site given customers would predominately stay overnight. In addition, the change is sought due to costings and the level of associated infrastructure required.
