Non Material amendment to application P22/V0538/HH to change: Line of rear wall adjusted to reference site boundary geometry and allow for back door entrance. Projection over entrance door to shelter arrival and access. Omit sedum roof finish due to cost constraints, replace with single ply membrane. Replace aluminium cladding to roof with more traditional clay tiles. Replace aluminium cladding to skylight with oxide red folded steel cladding. Replace aluminium cladding to existing building with Polycarbonate cladding. Additional solar panels proposed on roof of scheme. Additional small skylight over utility room. Omit new build garden room, instead we propose a minor increase to the length of the existing garden shed and modified roof form to accommodate a dormer window. (Proposed extension and upgrade to "Thatcher Cottage" and replacement garden room/studio. Works to involve the demolition of an existing conservatory, garage and garden workshop, for ancillary use to the main house.)
