Description
Significant wet rot damage has been found to the existing softwood timbers of the small south facing gable end. The proposal is to replace these fairly modern materials with oak and the infill panels will be replaced with lime render boards with lime render over. The small timber window frame will be replaced with handmade wooden frame to match existing, reusing if possible the window furniture.
