Non material amendment on application P22/V0624/FUL to amend Plot 2 (4A Oxford Road) i) Omit rustic red/brown brick plinth detail and install ship-lap cladding to the ground level ii) Lower the first-floor windows no other changes to the windows iii) Make a single opening for an aluminium roller garage door rather than two doors iv) Relocate external plant area from Elevation C to the right end of Elevation D v) Install cast iron effect downpipes and gutters vi) Install a timber frame porch over the front door for weather protection vii) Omit the Cladding to the first floor except the garage gable end second floor wall and revert back to Cotswold Stone Golden Cream (Sawn and Tumbled) as previously approved. viii) Alter the boundary between the Thatched Cottage and 4A oxford road. Plot 1 (4B Oxford Road) i) Install oak front door with oak surrounds to the full-length windows ii) Raise First floor windows no other changes to style of the windows iii) Reposition the utility side door and replace full length window to match the ground floor single windows with Tudor style head and bottom. iv) Make a single opening for an aluminium roller garage door (matching window and door colour) rather than two doors on a hook and band hinges v) Relocate external plant area from Elevation C to the right end of Elevation D vi) Install cast iron effect downpipes and gutters vii) Alter the Patio (Removal of the existing outbuildings and ancillary structures, and the erection of two detached dwellings with garaging, access)
